Fall Schedule starts next week No classes this week
45 min class packed with high energy activities that foster gross motor, balance and coordination
1 hr class split into age groups that learn basic beginner and intermediate and gymnastic skills
1.5 hr class for gymnasts that want to learn more advanced skills to prepare them for team
1 hour drop in class focusing on tumbling skills with use of floor, mats and trampolines
1 hour class featuring an obstacle course and warp wall.
