45 min class packed with high energy activities that foster gross motor, balance and coordination.

1 hr class split into age groups that learn basic beginner and intermediate and gymnastic skills.

1.5 hr class for gymnasts that want to learn more advanced skills to prepare them for team.

A fun 1-hour drop-in class where kids practice tumbling on the floor, mats, and trampolines! This class is guided by our amazing staff!

A thrilling 1-hour class where kids explore an exciting obstacle course and try the warp wall! Great for building confidence, strength, and having lots of fun. This class is fully instructed!
