45 min class packed with high energy activities that foster gross motor, balance and coordination
1 hr class split into age groups that learn basic beginner and intermediate and gymnastic skills
1.25 hr class once or twice a week for gymnasts that want to learn more advanced skills to prepare them for team
1 hour drop in class focusing on tumbling skills with use of floor, mats and trampolines
1 hour class featuring an obstacle course and warp wall.
