Fliptastics Gymnastics offers top notch gymnastics in an atmosphere of fun and learning. We provide the tools for each child to gain self confidence, take pride in their accomplishments, and aspire to achieve a positive, self assured and poised attitude.
Policies
Registration: A $30.00 non-refundable membership fee is required at the time of registration. Membership fee is not deducted from student's tuition. Students will not be allowed into any class without registration forms completed by a parent or legal guardian and paid membership fee.
Tuition: Session fees are determined by slot allocation, not by attendance. Therefore, all fees are due regardless of attendance. Tuition payments are non-refundable except in the situation of severe illness or injury. Requests for refunds in the above listed cases must be accompanied by a doctor's note. Once registered for a class, it is assumed that you will hold that slot until the exhibition. It is not necessary to "re-register" for each session. However, written notification is required in order to drop from the program, or you may be responsible for paying for your child's slot in class. (Please fill out the drop-out cards available by the office and hand it to office staff. There will be a $25.00 service charge for returned checks and a $10.00 "Late" fee for any payments made after the session is over. As of 1/12025 there will be a $3 fee for any payments made by credit card.
Cancellations: Fliptastics Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel a class if less than four students are enrolled, as well as change a class instructor if necessary. Fliptastics Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel a class due to inclement weather for everyone's safety.
