50 min-1 hr class packed with high energy activities that foster gross motor, balance and coordination
1 hr class split into age groups that learn basic beginner and intermediate and gymnastic skills
1.5-3.5 hr class once or twice a week for gymnasts that want to learn more advanced skills to prepare them for team
1 hour drop in class focusing on tumbling skills with use of floor, mats and trampolines
2 hour class 2 days a week for young gymnasts with advanced skills looking to compete in the future
When kids are not going back to school, what do you do?
We are putting together full and half day camps during the week to help families in need of child care and online learning support.
